Why do I need to complete the online check-in before arrival?
Online check-in must be completed before arrival to access the building and your room.
As there is no on-site reception, completing the check-in and any pending payment is required to activate your Digital Key.
When will I receive check-in instructions?
You will receive your check-in link by email and WhatsApp as your arrival date approaches.
Please complete it before arrival, including any required payment, as this is necessary to activate your Digital Key and access the property.

When will I get my Digital Key?
Your Digital Key will be available once your online check-in and any pending payment are completed.
You will need to download it and save it to your phone’s home screen for easy access.
It will be activated on your arrival day, when your room is ready.
What doors does the Digital Key open?
Your Digital Key opens both the building entrance and your room.
Simply open it on your phone and hold it close to the door reader.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 4 PM | Check-out is by 11 AM
You can check in and out completely online. We’ll send you clear instructions before you arrive.
What’s the room cleaning schedule?
Housekeeping Service is provided every other day. Service begins in the morning and continues throughout the afternoon.
Can I request extra beds?
We do not offer extra beds.
Each room has a maximum occupancy, indicated at the time of booking. Please ensure the number of guests is correct to prepare your stay accordingly.

Can I leave my luggage with you before mi check in or after my check out?
As there is no on-site reception, we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
What are the parking options?
The hotel does not offer parking. Nearby options are available at 1437 Collins Ave.and 249 16th St, Miami Beach.
Can I receive mail or packages during my stay?
As there is no on-site reception, we cannot guarantee receipt of packages. We recommend using a local pickup point for secure delivery.
Which is the hotel’s pet policy?
With the exception of service dogs, pets are currently not allowed at the Hotel.
Payment & Policies
Does the hotel pre-authorize my card?
Yes, a pre-authorization is placed on your card to cover incidentals during your stay. This amount is released after check-out, once everything is verified.
How do I request a folio or invoice?
If you booked directly with the Hotel, you may contact us at [Hotel email].
If you booked through a partner, you can download your invoice from their platform.
